Pay When You Receive
After you submit your name and phone number, our team will call to confirm your order. Once confirmed, your parcel is dispatched within 1-2 working days. A courier or Royal Mail delivers to your specified address. At the door, you pay - cash or card - and that's it.
You can also refuse the parcel at the door if you change your mind. In that case, the order is simply cancelled at no charge.

14-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return VoloNord Advanced Boost within 14 calendar days of receipt. As a food supplement, returns are only accepted when the packaging remains sealed and unopened. To start a return, contact our support team by email or phone and we will send you a returns instruction.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.
