1. Your Right to Return

You have the right to return VoloNord Advanced Boost within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, without giving any reason. This right is provided voluntarily by Sofia Siafi and aligns with Consumer Contracts Regulations applicable in the United Kingdom.

2. Condition of Returns

VoloNord Advanced Boost is a food supplement. Under applicable UK regulations, food supplements that have been opened and where the sealed packaging has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Returns are therefore accepted only when the packaging remains sealed and unopened.

3. How to Return

  1. Contact our support team within 14 calendar days of receipt via email at info@sofiasiafi.gr or by phone at +44 20 7946 0832.
  2. We will provide you with a returns address and any applicable instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item was delivered faulty, damaged or incorrectly. In those cases, we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

5. Refund Timescales

Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receiving the returned item. Since all original payments are made cash on delivery, refunds will be issued by bank transfer or postal order. Please provide your bank details when contacting us to initiate a return.

6. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. The easiest way is to inform the operator during the confirmation call. You may also contact us by phone or email at any time.

7. Refusing Delivery

Because payment is made on delivery, you may refuse to accept the parcel at the door. In this case, the order will be cancelled automatically and no charge will be applied. No further action is needed on your part.
